A famous shop of Tokushima ramen. Ramen with rice with sweet and spicy pork bone soy sauce. I heard about 11 am on weekdays, but the seats are almost full. It's a system that buys meal tickets using a ticket vending machine. The menu is simple and the delivery time is fast, so I think the rotation is quite good. The store is lively with voices of clerks communicating orders.

Pretty nice ramen... The soup base is a bit on the salty side tho so it may go well with rice as well. Yea say hi to the typical Japanese carbohydrates overload

The best pork noodle in town

The basic menu is one pork bone soy sauce-based Tokushima ramen, and after that you can increase the amount of noodles and meat.Toppings are Menma and EggSide menu is rice only.Ramen is a good match for noodles of moderate hardness in a sweet pork bone soy sauce soup.The toppings were a bit too salty for me.We made noodles a lot, but we ate deliciously until the end.

This is the first visit.I ordered a Chinese soba large serving 650 yen and a raw egg 50 yen topping.As you can see from the picture, it is a pork bone soy sauce ramen that is seasoned to a deeper taste.The soup had a taste of exquisite sweetness and richness, with the taste of pork bone soup and soy sauce with a little animal odor.Noodles have a rather soft impression, but they may be more compatible with soup than kamen noodles.It is recommended to mix the raw egg firmly to make the taste softer.
